EMCA GRP Walk-In Enclosures are handmade to the highest standard and include:

- UV stabilised gel coat finish

- Four standard sizes available in a number of specifications depending on use case [ see below ]
Based on the level of thermal insultation and security required and the use case, EMCA GRP Walk-In Enclosures are available in the following specifications:
- Single Skin Construction – Standard Roadside Cabinets are manufactured from Single Skin GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire-retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2 and provides a minimum thermal insulation ‘U’ value of 3.0W/m2/Deg C.
- 12mm Ply Core Construction – GRP/12mm ply/GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire-retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2 and provides a minimum thermal insulation ‘U’ value of 2.2W/m2/Deg C. Referenced ‘A’ on size ranges below.
- 18mm Ply Core Construction – GRP/18mm ply/GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire-retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2 and provides a minimum thermal insulation ‘U’ value of 1.5W/m2/Deg C. Referenced ‘B’ on size ranges below.
Each specification is available in 4 different sizes as follows. EMCA W1 relates to Single Skin Construction, EMCA W1A to 12mm Ply Core and EMCA W1B to 18mm Ply Core. All dimensions below are W (mm) x D (mm) x H (mm).
