EMCA Walk-In GRP Enclosures are handmade to the highest standard and include:

Based on the level of thermal insultation and security required and the use case, EMCA Walk-In Enclosures are available in the following specifications:
- Single Skin Construction – Standard Roadside Cabinets are manufactured from Single Skin GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire-retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2 and provides a minimum thermal insulation ‘U’ value of 3.0W/m2/Deg C.
- 12mm Ply Core Construction – GRP/12mm ply/GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire-retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2 and provides a minimum thermal insulation ‘U’ value of 2.2W/m2/Deg C. Referenced ‘A’ on size ranges below.
- 18mm Ply Core Construction – GRP/18mm ply/GRP (Glass Reinforced Polymer) using self-extinguishing fire-retardant resin to Class 2 BS 476 Part 2 and provides a minimum thermal insulation ‘U’ value of 1.5W/m2/Deg C. Referenced ‘B’ on size ranges below.
Each specification is available in 24 different sizes as follows. EMCA W5 relates to Single Skin Construction, EMCA W5A to 12mm Ply Core and EMCA W5B to 18mm Ply Core. All dimensions below are W (mm) x D (mm) x H (mm).
