Job Description – Workshops & Stores Coordinator
Workshops & Stores Coordinate, Supervise, Control.
Coordinate, Supervise, Log & Control, Stores & Stocks, Good In/Out, Yards, Tools, Plant & Machinery, Fleet, Deliveries & Collections.
Lease and work closely daily with procurement, design & workshop managers, project managers, workshops & site supervisors.
Requirements:
- Tools & Plant: Unload safely using fortrucks, tele-handles, lorry crane & workshop crane, check in/out, document, log, and store appropriately.
- License: Full clean license for delivery & collections, trailer license beneficial.
- Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and safe handling of tools/materials.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with all staff, suppliers, and management.
- Organizational Skills, Attention to detail, time management, maintaining accurate records.
- Training: Safepass, Manual Handling, Abrasive wheels, Forktruck, tele-handles, Crane Certified, lorry license beneficial.
