Field Service Manager.
Field Service Manager role has arisen within our expanding organisation. This role will have the successful candidate, in house training, managing & administering EMCA’s Field Service Management system.
The candidate’s primary task will be to communicate with the customer, collect info on the nature of the job and then create, deliver, communicate & follow job cards with our field & service teams.
The candidate will extract data from completed job cards and create KPIs for the operations, contracts, project management, and financial controller.
Other task the candidate will perform include creating new types of job cards, reviewing, and improving existing ones and providing training to existing and new employees.
Requirements:
- Excel: Advanced formulas, PivotTables, Charts, Power Query, Macros (VBA).
- IT Tools: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, SharePoint.
- Digital Filing Systems: OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Device-Magic.
- Communication Tools: Phone, Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot minor issues efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Critical when working with large datasets or financial reports.
- Experience: Knowledge within the field service & construction industries would be an advantage.
- The successful candidate should have strong IT skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite, should have the ability to communicate clearly + accurately and should have the ability for absolute attention to detail.
